Faculty and staff are invited to access the Knowledge Centre, a collection of information, directions, processes and best practices about Student Academic Accommodations. This repository is a tool that provides leadership, guidance, and support to help faculty and employees. The goal of this Knowledge Centre is to provide a foundation of learning towards a fully accessible and inclusive academic environment.

Change of Professor
If there is a change in the instruction team and a new professor is assigned to a course, please use this form to notify the Centre for Accessible Learning of the change. This form will allow the new instructor of the course to access the relevant Letters of Accommodation.
