Yoga, at its roots, is an act of liberation. Through the eight limbs of yoga, the practice offers us an ethical code for our actions and a moral guide to focus our internal relationship with ourselves. Through this one-hour practice, our asana (movement) provides the foundation for relaxation and surrender. This class will be suitable for beginners or folks curious about yoga. Come join us for an hour of bliss!
