Applied research has been Todd’s professional and academic home for over 15 years. In addition to completing a Masters degree in sampling methods, his work has touched a variety of business and social settings such as communications, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, philanthropy and of course, marketing.

He has worked for both public and private sector organizations, as well as on both the client and supplier side of the research industry. Todd specializes in mixing traditional quantitative methodologies with more contemporary forms of data analytics to help solve problems and crystalize insights.

Todd works for the Bank of Canada – a leading central bank dedicated to the financial well-being of Canadians. Research is his trade but teaching is his passion.
