Organizational Quality Management

This program is designed to provide graduates with practical knowledge to be a significant contributor in many areas of quality management.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Integrate quality initiatives in the existing business framework by assessing business processes from a quality perspective
  • Develop processes that support day-to-day activities
  • Create a strategic business plan

Graduates are eligible to write the certification exams for a number of professional designations sponsored by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

This program is designed with the professional in mind. Flexible hours accommodate your working schedule with face-to-face classes 2 evening per week and Saturdays.
