Can I take the program part-time or online?
You can take the program part-time through AC Online, however the courses are offered online. You can also take the courses online full-time as well.

Can I start in January?
The program does not currently offer a January intake. It runs from September until May. You can however start the program online full-time.

How do I know if I am a good fit for this program?
If you like working with people, want to run your own business, have entrepreneurial ambitions, or are interested in business in any way, this program is for you.

What college programs does this program qualify me to apply for?
It qualifies you to apply to many Algonquin programs including Business, Business Administration and Business – Marketing in the School of Business. The program can also help prepare you to apply for programs in the School of Hospitality and Tourism.

Will taking this program help me with acceptance into other college programs?
The math courses are transferable and give you the math pre-requisite required for a number of School of Advanced Technology programs.

Will I need to purchase a computer or specialized software for this program?
As a student in this on-campus program, you will require a mobile computing device as this is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program. You will be required to have a mobile computing device meeting specifications outlined by your program at algonquincollege.com/byod.
