How much of the program is focused on event management?
This degree is unique in that over 50% of this degree program is event-focused.

Does the program off paid co-op placements?
Yes, students gain experiential hands-on learning experience with 2 paid co-ops (local, national or international).

Will we plan an event?
Yes! Students gain real life experience during a culminating project in which students design, plan and execute a live event with an industry client. This experiential learning opportunity will provide the opportunity to utilize the skills and knowledge learned in the academic classes.

Will I need to purchase a computer for use in the classroom and what computer skills are required?
Yes, we are a mobile learning program and you will need a laptop. Applicants should have a good knowledge of the Microsoft office products.
