Eugenia is an Algonquin College alumni from the Health Records Administration program.
She has over 35 years of experience in healthcare settings including health record auditor of family physician practices, abstractor/data analyst for research studies, and corporate manager at The Ottawa Hospital.
Eugenia has spent the last 8 years as a professor in the Office Administration, Health Services program and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of medical terminology and quality healthcare information in a patient's journey with learners.
