Financial help for tourism and travel students

The AMEX Canada Inc. Award is presented to a first-year student in the Tourism and Travel Program, who has demonstrated strong technical skills in Computer Reservations and Airlines courses, a professional and resourceful attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to be a team player.

The Galileo Canada Award is awarded in partnership with Algonquin College and the School of Hospitality and Tourism Program, and is presented to the student who has maintained the highest grade throughout all Computer Reservations courses.

The Maria Provenzano Award is given to a first-year student returning to level 03, who has maintained a minimum GPA of 2.0, is conscientious, cooperative, helpful to others, and has fostered an atmosphere of program participation.
