Work-Integrated Learning

Students in the Hospitality – Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management program gain skills and knowledge in real-life learning environments. In addition to a on-site training restaurant, the School of Business and Hospitality houses seven industry-standard kitchen/baking labs, a retail food shop, a large-capacity demo theatre, and a state-of-the-art purchasing and receiving department. During the managerial component of the program, students study in dedicated computer labs equipped with the latest industry software for learning hotel reservations training, menu-costing and financial analysis.
