Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions for improving the quality of Ingenium’s collections – Canada’s Museums of Science and Innovation

This project seeks to engage the Digital Innovation Lab in a collaborative effort to leverage data technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the museum sector. The key objectives are twofold:

  1. Improving Artefact Collections: The initiative aims to address critical challenges related to the structure and quality of museum artefact collections. By utilizing AI-driven insights, the project will enhance collection management, ensuring that artefacts are accurately documented, preserved, and accessible.
  2. Streamlining Operations: A standardized Business Intelligence (BI) Data Dashboard will be developed to improve operational efficiency. This dashboard will equip museum staff with real-time reporting and data analytics, facilitating better decision-making and business insights.

Through this collaborative initiative, the project intends to redefine how museums utilize data and technology, ultimately enhancing both operational capabilities and the visitor experience.
