Project Description:

This project aimed to create tools for women facing mental health challenges to support their well-being. A booklet and shower hanger were designed to address common women’s health concerns. The shower hanger includes simple self-breast exam instructions, while the booklet offers information on contraception, menstrual tracking, menopause, and screening tests. These resources help the Assertive Community Treatment Team foster a safe space for clients to discuss their health and raise concerns.

Short Description:

This project focused on the health needs of women dealing with mental illness and highlighted the need for support and resources. Through collaboration with ACTT, we sought to empower women through education and advocated to improve their well-being.
