Course Description

An in-depth and accurate knowledge of self is an important aspect in personal and career success. Students identify
internal and external factors that influence their success including their self-esteem and self-concept. Combining this
self-knowledge with theoretical models of identity, students explore practical, realistic and relevant strategies to
enhance the success of their academic, personal and career goals.
