When students log into their student survey portal within Qualtrics they are presented with the following description:

If you require assistance, please contact academic-ir-planning@algonquincollege.com – Student Course Feedback surveys are an opportunity to provide feedback on your course learning experience. The survey is not a space for submitting complaints. Complaints about your courses or other aspects of your learning experience should be filed in accordance with the Student Complaint Policy SA03.
Each survey comprises of two components:
  • Course Feedback Survey
  • Instructor Feedback Survey
