Algonquin College Branding impacts everything from campus signage to letterhead. The Algonquin College brand identity carries the characteristics of our college identity into our communications, making it easy for people to recognize us. Consistency is essential in achieving these goals.
The entire college community has a role to play in telling our story to prospective learners, students and stakeholders, and in ensuring the consistency of the Algonquin College brand. The guidelines, templates and documents contained in this section are designed to ensure your communications and materials are aligned with the brand standards. If you need assistance, please reach out to the Marketing and Recruitment department. Instances of non-compliance with the brand standards must be addressed and may be reported to the VP of Student Services.
The Algonquin College Wordmark is our primary logo and the cornerstone of our visual identity. It should be given a place of importance and used in full colour whenever possible.
The AC monogram is a unique and simple signifier for the College. Because of its simplicity, it’s more versatile than the wordmark, making it useful in small or limited-space applications.
Specific logos have been created for the College’s schools, centres and institutions. These sub-brand logotypes identify the individual units, while demonstrating a connection to the College.
