Mission:

Dedicated to help those with MS to Manage and Overcome the disease. T founded in Ottawa in 1997he BMSA is a charity which offers support groups, exercise classes and lectures on MS Wellness.

Volunteer Position Description:

Once a week we lead an exercise class for MS clients.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the needs of the participants: taking on and off outerware at the beginning and end of the class; helping with the exercise class, (by assisting the paricipants to move as most are paraplegic).
We hope that the volunteers can provide support and encouagement to those with MS in the class. There is no experience necessary.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time
• Interacting with the public / in a group setting
