Mission: Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre has a Natural Health clinic that also coordinates child and youth outdoor programs including Nature Camps and Forest Preschool that operate on 190 acres of forest. Also included is a registered charity with many directives aimed towards youth and families.

Volunteer Position Description: We are offering volunteer jobs to students that are looking to gain experience in the field of child care within a nature inspired environment (available work fluctuates with the current programs and camps running). This is an amazing opportunity to support and provide children with healthy outdoor opportunities near Carp. If you are enthusiastic, have the initiative to be a Nature Camp Counselor, the ability to train Jr Camp Counselors and the drive to make a difference in the lives of children we would like to hear from you for our Winter & March Break, PD/PA Days, Summer Nature Camps, along with our various youth events and programs.

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Police Record Check
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Outdoor Activities
