Through its collections and programs, the Museum aspires to be a model of excellence in furthering knowledge and pride of place among diverse visitors of all ages.

Volunteer Position Description:

The Casino du Lac Leamy Sound of Lightshow is hosting the annual fireworks event synchronized to music from many different countries from all over the world. This event will be happening here at the shore of the Ottawa River every Wednesday and Saturday from. Dates : Wednesday’s and Saturday’s : from Saturday, August 10th – Saturday, August 24th 2019
Time : 5pm – 10pm.
Duties : Set up/ Take down for performers, greeting visitors, cleaning duties as required, and restocking. You would also be watching the fireworks as well!

Volunteer Requirements:

• Police Record Check
• Heavy Lifting (more than 10lbs at a time)
• Standing for long periods of time
• Outdoor Activities
• Interacting with the public / in a group setting
• Training Required
