Mission: Sustainable Algonquin supports the integration of sustainability thinking and action in all areas of Algonquin College’s culture, values, teaching, operations and planning.

Volunteer Position Description: Sustainability E-learning is available for all Algonquin College students and once completed, students can gain recognition for this achievement by having it added to their co-curricular record. To promote this program to more students, a series of posters need to be disseminated throughout campus. As a Sustainability E-learning Promoter, you will:

  • Complete the one-hour E-learning on your own time (computer with audio and speakers required)
  • Install posters on campus on appropriate notice boards
  • Recommend E-learning to one or more fellow Algonquin College students either with an informal class presentation or one-on-one

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Completion of Introduction to Sustainability, Part I
