Accessible Education is the process of designing courses and developing a teaching style to meet the needs of people from a variety of backgrounds, abilities and learning styles.

What does this mean?

Faculty and curriculum developers have an obligation to create accessible course material. This does not mean that you need to go back and make all of your previous documents accessible.
