Welding and Fabrication Techniques program build’s bed for the Annual Kiwanis Bed Race.

Once again this year the Welding and Fabrication Techniques program built beds and participated in the Annual Kiwanis Bed Race held February 7th, 2015 at Ottawa’s Winterlude festival. Along with the Welding student’s entry, four other Algonquin based teams participated in the race. Visit the Welding Lab (CA124) in the Algonquin Centre for Construction Excellence on Friday, February 28th from 11am until 2pm to learn more about our Welding and Fabrication Techniques program and see a demonstration of virtual welding being put on by Praxair.
