Receiving Survey Emails from Institutional Analytics & Planning

Do you forward your Algonquin College email to your Gmail account? Google has a habit of sending our emails to your Promotions or Social folder. Add our email addresses (academic-ir-planning@algonquincollege.com & noreply@surveys.algonquincollege.com) to your filters so they always go to your inbox!

  1. Click Settings (Gear in top right corner of your inbox)
  2. Click “See all Settings” at the top of the list
  3. Click “Filters and Blocked Addresses” from the options across the top of the screen
  4. Under “The following filters are applied to all incoming mail:”
    • Click “Create New Filter” and enter the above email address and click “Create Filter”
    • A pop-up will appear, second from the bottom of the list, choose “Categorize As:” and select “Primary”
    • Click “Create Filter”

And that’s it! You will now be sure to get all our emails to share your perspective and enter into draws for great prizes!
