Each year the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT) and the Registered Veterinary Technologists and Technicians of Canada (RVTTC) invite the Veterinary Technician Program Faculty to nominate a senior Veterinary Technician student to receive an award or bursary during their final year of the program. This nomination and award is in recognition of exceptional knowledge, technical skill, professionalism, dedication and compassion while working in the Veterinary Technician Program. Winners of these awards are announced during the senior year of the program.
