I am pleased to invite you to participate in Algonquin College's 6th Annual Part-Time Job Fair for Students – “Campus Connections 2008” on Thursday, September 11, 2008 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Once again, the Student Employment Services Office and the Student Affairs and Orientation Office have joined forces to make this year's event a success.
The Campus Connections event provides an opportunity for employers to network with students with solid skill sets in a variety of program areas. Join us and discover the wealth of skills and knowledge that an Algonquin College student has to offer.
The fair will take place at the Woodroffe Campus in the “J Block Courtyard”. This area is located outside the Marketplace Food Court (in case of rain – we will use the Gymnasium and we will notify you the day before the event). The job fair will be set up in a trade show format. There is an $80.00 fee for booth space ($40.00 for non-profit organizations). This fee will include an 8-foot table, a white table cloth, two chairs, two lunch vouchers and a parking pass. To assist us in meeting all of your needs, please fill out the attached "Requirements Sheet" and return to the Algonquin College Student Employment Services Office by August 28th, 2008.
