Norma Haddad joined Algonquin College in July 1989. Prior to joining the management team in the Registrar’s Office in October 1996, Norma was the Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Academic.
In the provincial forum, Norma currently serves on the Admissions Issues and Policies Sub-Committee of CRALO (the Committee of Registrars, Admissions and Liaison Officers of Ontario). In this role, Norma participates in provincial discussion and resolution of issues related to application and admission policies and practices, bringing forward recommendations for consideration by the CRALO Executive and membership.
As Associate Registrar, Norma has a broad and significant mandate in the delivery of registrarial services across all types of academic activity. She is accountable for the planning, development, delivery and ongoing review of the admissions mandate, registration mandate, academic record-keeping, validation of graduate status, and communication of information to both internal and external clients. Norma ensures that these services are focused on the needs of our clients and the College, and are delivered with the most up-to-date technology available to the College. |
