If the number of applicants for a program exceeds the number of available places, applicants will be admitted in the following order of preference, in accordance with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities policy:

1. Permanent residents of Ontario;
2. Permanent residents of other Canadian provinces and territories;
3. Applicants from other countries.
