Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival The Tim Horton's Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival will be held on the weekend of June 18-20th, 2010. Volunteers needed in a variety of positions, training and orientation provided. St. Joe's Women's Centre This is a day program that is dedicated to the needs of women in a safe environment. Front line student volunteers needed in contact with both women and children. Duties include grocery program, incentive program, clothing program, and assisting the clients with their needs.
