Personal Support Worker: Introduction
Do you see yourself working as a flexible, organized care provider who can function in a long-term care facility, as well as, in a variety of community settings? If so, this one-year certificate program is for you. As a care provider, you will support individuals in a variety of age groups according to individual needs. Through theory lessons, lab practice, and clinical/community experience, this program prepares participants to deliver care and supportive skills in personal care, home management, social, and recreational activities.
