NEW CAMPUS IN PEMBROKE BY 2012!
 

Library at new campus to be named the Kathleen and F. Allan Huckabone Library after Petawawa couple donates $500,000 to campus capital campaign. The Campus, to be built in Pembroke's downtown near the city's waterfront, will open in the Fall of 2012.

The Vision
Renaissance Square will be the new home of Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley in Pembroke and is destined to become Renfrew County’s hub of education, community service, and economic development.

The Project
Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley plans to build an 80,000 square foot facility on a parcel of land made available by the City of Pembroke, and adjacent to the city's waterfront.

Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley has been serving the Ottawa Valley since the Ontario College system began in 1967. It has known only one main location, and with record enrollments requires a new facility to grow.
