The Ottawa Valley Has It All!
The Ottawa Valley is a hidden jewel that is becoming one of Canada’s premiere tourism destinations.
There are more kayak rivers, more long canoe trips, more cross country ski and mountain bike trails, more ice climbing, more white water, more ski areas, more golf courses, more public and park land, more adventure outfitters, and more fun!

So where else would you come to study in an outdoor training program? Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley has added Golf and Ski Operations Management to its lineup of outdoor programming in Pembroke, Ontario, joining the Forestry Technician, Outdoor Adventure, and Outdoor Adventure Naturalist Co-op programs.
In the City of Pembroke, and throughout Renfrew County and nearby Pontiac County, our students are surrounded by an environment with an amazing variety of recreational opportunities to hone their skills and have some fun!
