If you need assistance with any aspect of computing technology, labs, systems or accounts, contact the ITS Service Desk.

We’ve included the contact information here and it’s also available on our ITS home page at the bottom left hand corner.  You can visit our Service Desk in person (Room C316), or contact us by phone, voicemail or email. Some labs have student monitors.  These individuals are there to assist you as well.

After hours - When ITS is closed you can still get help.

  • You can use these pages for support after hours
  • You can also email the Service Desk or leave a voice message and it will be addressed the next day.
  • You can use the help feature of the software.
  • You can refer to books and manuals or the Web.
  • And don't forget...Get the Training. Learn to use the tools through courses.

PDF Files - This site stores much of the information as Adobe PDF files. We are currently using version 9. If you have an earlier version you may have trouble opening the files so please make sure you update your Adobe reader. The Adobe Reader download site is located at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
