Step 1 : In
Outlook Web Access Premium (OWA), click on OPTIONS then click on RULES menu selection.

Step 2 : Click
on the New Rule button. Then Select Create a new rule for arriving messages option.
Step 3 : If
this pop-up comes up, click on Delete Disabled Rules button. You can
check off the Do not show me this message again checkbox if you never
want to see this pop-up again when creating rules using OWA.

Step 4 :
Click
on the Forward or redirect... link. |
Step 5 : Then put
a checkbox beside Redirect the message to people or distribution lists option.

| Step 6 : Click
on the people or distribution lists blue link on the left window. |

Step 7 : At
the bottom of the GUI, beside the TO -> button, put in the email
address you want to forward to (example: AlgonquinCollegeITS@gmail.com).
Step 8 : Click OK, then click Save. The following pop-up will indicate the rule
is complete. Please note that all emails will still arrive in your Algonquin Exchange
Inbox. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain Email Management. If the
size of Algonquin mailbox gets close to Quota, forwarding to the third party email will stop working.
