Pembroke, Perth & Woodroffe: Woodroffe staff have been upgraded to MS Exchange and will use OWA or Outlook. Note that OWA requires VPN or Secure Portal when off campus.

Email & Calendar for Staff
Note: Pop3, Imap and mail address forwarding are no longer supported.
All accounts get email & calendar and staff can access it two ways while on campus:
Webmail - Support Page
All you have to do is go to the webmail web site and log in. This works on campus or off. Use your network username and password. Webmail is used by our retirees and students.
OWA - For Pembroke, Perth and Woodroffe - Support Page
Exchange - Woodroffe staff are be using OWA which is a web mail & calendar client - basically Outlook on the web. Which is great for Outlook fans. From off-campus though you will have to run our VPN client or Secure Portal before the OWA will work. Visit the OWA support site

This requires Outlook to be installed on your computer and have it configured to our College servers by one of our technicians. All mail and calendar information will be kept on the server and not downloaded to the PC to ensure you always have access to all information.
Exchange - If you are on Exchange you will not be able to use Outlook off campus, only OWA with VPN or Secure Portal.
Quotas:
Please be advised that, now and going forward, ITS will not be increasing the quota of any client’s email. It is the responsibility of the user to manage their own mail storage and to stay within the limits of their quota.
There is an initiative underway to develop College standards for email management including archiving.
