CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Learn how conflict develops and manifests itself among individuals, teams, and organizations. In this certificate program, students explore the five key areas of conflict management: theory and diagnostics, communication, conflict and culture, conflict across generational differences, and conflict in teams. Drawing on personal and professional experiences, students apply tools and strategies for resolving and managing conflict and gain an understanding of how diversity, such as gender, culture, and age, plays a role in conflict situations.

To qualify for this certificate, you must complete the program within three years.
