Students interested in applying for the Co-op Option of their Program of Study must complete and submit a Co-op Application Form.

Application forms must be received by the Co-op Department by the end of the first week following the start of the semester preceding a scheduled work term for your program of study (see Program Monograph). Late applications will not be accepted.
