For Dental Hygiene student Britt O’Neill from Ancaster, Ontario, the opportunity of a lifetime awaits in Grand Prairie, Alberta.
Britt, a member of Team Ontario, is currently competing alongside Karen Sagle, an alumna of the College’s Event Management program, and Jenn and Stephanie Hanna in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. And you can cheer Team Hanna on in the Marketplace Food Court this week! Food Services will be broadcasting Team Ontario’s games on Wednesday February 24 at 3:30 and 8:30 pm Eastern time, and Friday February 26 at 8:30 pm Eastern.

“I’m overwhelmed and so grateful for the support, encouragement, and understanding of not only my faculty, but the college as a whole. It is definitely difficult staying on top of my academics while achieving my ultimate goal in sport, but the college has made it possible by continued support,” said O’Neill.
We wish Team Hanna the best of luck in Alberta! Would you like to cheer them on? Reminder: you can catch the live stream of Team Ontario’s games in the tournament in the Student Commons, and in the Marketplace Food Court on Wednesday, February 24 at 3:30 and 8:30 pm and again on Friday, February 26 at 8:30 pm Eastern time.
