A student with high performance in academic studies with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2/7 plus major involvement and contribution to the Algonquin College Affiliate Student Chapter and the Ottawa Chapter. The recipient must be completing the 6th and final level of the 3 year Materials program.

Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce Bursary

The bursary will be awarded to a student who has completed the first year of the Business Administration program showing ongoing grade improvement from the first semester and who would be unlikely or unable to attend college without financial assistance. The student must submit a 200 word essay explaining their assessment of financial need.  Applicants will be required to complete a standard budget form available through Financial Aid.

Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce Scholarship

 

Awarded to a student in the Business Administration program and/or School of Business who has completed the 2nd semester and is returning for the 2nd year of a 3 year program.  High G.P.A. minimum 3.50 (B to B-).  The student must be actively involved in the service and betterment of the business community, demonstrate leadership and ability to motivate others, demonstrate innovation and have a solid academic performance.

Bursaries awarded to three students registered in the Bachelor of Applied Business (e-Business Supply Chain Management) program.
- Two awards to students in academic semester 5 of the Bachelor of Applied Business (e-SCM) program.
- One bursary to a student in academic semester 5 of the Business Administration program.
All students must obtain a minimum cumulative program GPA of 2.5 (70%).
