Faculty and Staff

All Full-time Algonquin College Faculty and Staff are entitled to an employee photo-id card. The following documents must be provided to Card Systems staff prior to card issuance.

Letter from Human Resources or a pay stub
Two (2) government issued pieces of identification as recorded below

Acceptable Pieces of Photo-Identification

Passport
Driver’s License
Health Card
Citizenship Card
Credit Card (with photo)
Armed Forces ID
Certificate of Indian Status Card
