Carmine Mariani
Executive Chef
Carmine has extensive international experience. After immigrating to Canada in 1965, he worked in many major hotels throughout the Ottawa region. He started at Algonquin College in 1988, working part-time in Food & Beverage Operations. He also taught a variety of food related courses in the School of Hospitality and Tourism. He is a member of the Canadian Federation of Chef de Cuisine, the Canadian Culinary Federation and the Italian Chef's Federation. |
