Welcome current part-time students! The School of Part-time Studies faculty and staff are committed to helping you succeed in your course or program. Don’t forget to take advantage of the services available to part-time students including timetable access and Blackboard (if you’re registered in a course that charges an IT fee) and the Program Declaration Tool (for students registered in courses connected to a program of study).
Access to the Algonquin College Student Information System - ACSIS
ACSIS is the Algonquin College Student Information System where you can locate your Network/Email/Blackboard username and password information, your student timetable, grades and other important information.

Access to  Blackboard and Algonquin email

If you are registered in a part-time course that charges an IT fee, your course may include a Blackboard component. Blackboard is the college's web-based course management system. The IT fee also includes a college e-mail account. The college now has a Webmail server which allows you to check your college e-mail through a web page.

1. Get your Blackboard (Network/Email) Username and Password from ACSIS.
2. Log in to Blackboard: http://online.algonquincollege.com
3. Check your Algonquin e-mail: http://webmail.algonquincollege.com using your email (Network/Blackboard) username and password.

Program Declaration Tool

Part-time Studies students following a certificate or diploma program can now use the Program Declaration Tool  via ACSIS.  Here are several reasons students can benefit from this free service:

  • Track course progress throughout the program
  • View course grades
  • Keep informed of upcoming courses in the program of study
  • Graduates will have access to the College's Employment Services Job Bank and Referral Services
  • Become an alumnus and take advantage of the perks, deals, and services offered to Algonquin graduates
