The Theatre Arts program is focused on creation; our students experience the key areas of theatrical production, and focus on their main interest through elective courses.

From the beginning students are trained to complete production tasks, along with their acting and directing work.

Our grads can be seen working everywhere, on stage, films, television, stage managers, theatre technicians, box office managers. Although professional work in the theatre industry is hard to get, we train our students to get it, and they do.

This program is suited to those who know they want to work in the theatre industry. We are focused on the work, and put in some pretty significant hours. Evenings and weekends are common, just like in professional theatre. Dedication is essential; you need to feel passionate about your career choice.

Each faculty member brings their own specialty to the training of our students. Courses are taught by trained professionals who have a solid working knowledge of their field and are willing to spend the time it takes with students. This is not a nine to five operation, our team is dedicated.
